2011 Annual Alumni Weekend

Friday August 19^th – Social at CF Elks Club

7:00 PM – Light snacks: Cash Bar - FREE (Donations requested)

Saturday August 19^th – 1st Annual Alumni Float and Lunch

10:00 AM – Transportation, Kayak and Lunch provided

$35 per person (See Home Page for more information)

Saturday August 20th – Annual Mountaineer Classic Golf Tournament

Shotgun start at 9:00 AM – Cliftondale Country Club

Cost $30/ per player

Sign up early, Number of teams limited to 13;

Saturday August 20th – Classes of the 60's Wine & Cheese Social

Bring your favorite wine or other beverage to The Red Lantern Inn, 314 Jefferson Ave

and afterwards walk over to the covered dish picnic at The Depot

Cheese and snacks provided

4:00 - 6:00 PM

Saturday August 20th – Covered dish picnic at the C&O Heritage Depot

6:30 PM – Everyone should bring a dish and/or a donation

Drinks will be provided

by the Alumni Association

If possible, bring a lawn chair

8 :00-11:00 PM - Sliverbacks with alumni Dave Warren and Mercer Johnson

DONATIONS WILL BE REQUESTED TO COVER THE COST OF BOTH THE FRIDAY NIGHT SOCIAL

AND THE SATURDAY PICNIC. EVERYONE MAKING A MONETARY DONATION WILL BE ENTERED IN A DRAWING BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY AT THE RED LANTERN INN.

2011 Mountaineer Classic

Saturday, August 21st, 2011 / Shotgun Start at 9:00 AM, Cliftondale Country Club

$30 per player and your 2010 Alumni Association dues if not already paid

Entry fee includes: green fees, pictures and prizes only.

The tournament is open to all dues paying members of the Clifton Forge High School Alumni Association. You need not be an alumnus of CFHS to join and play in the tournament.

If current year Alumni dues have not been paid, include an additional $10.

The tournament can only accommodate 13 teams, so get your team together and register early!
